Nyepi technically goes from 6 am one day to 6 am the next. Even though Garuda is the airline of Indonesia it is usually the last to know of the exact date of Nyepi, but then Indonesia is predominantly Moslem and Bali is Hindu. Last year they didn't acknowledge the date until about a month before and then there was chaos.
