Have just booked again with Nicki and her service was excellent.She spent a lot of time sourcing the best flight option for us as we depart from Adelaide. She also used her contacts to get us into the hotel of our choice even though it was showing fully booked. I suppose being so popular a few prospective clients may slip through the net from time to time.
