You could try contacting the Dynasty to ask about paying for the use of the kids club, when I enquired about staying there and my friends kids using the kids club it was no problem, here is their reply along with contact details of the person I was dealing with.
It is OK that your kid's friends use our Kid's Club together, but at the Kid's Club you will have to register those children under your name (you sign them in and out) and under your room number.
