We stop in the suites in old section, but our friends stop in ground floor superior beside the lap or skinny pool that is actually an elongated doughnut shape. My friend specifies a ground floor room, because he has a dicky knee. I do not think upstairs is a problem as there are no stairs, only sloping ramps that must be great for handicaped people with wheelchairs. The superior rooms are quite spacious, but I cannot comment on deluxe, as I have never seen inside one. Anyway it is a bit of a lottery which room you get, and even if you know the room number they will not guarantee that you will get it.
