Try Villa Shanti in Sanur, Its not too big, right on beach, (next to Grya Santrian) decent size Balinese style rooms with front patio (or balcony if upstairs) easy access to pool. We stayed there 2 years ago and had no problem with it at all. We booked through Mida in Bali and paid when we arrived.
