Hiring a driver for 12 people?

Folks, there are 12 of us going to Bali in July. 11 adults and 1 child. We want to get a driver for a day trip here and there (probably at least twice) and was wondering if we can hire a driver with a van for all of us OR should we look at a couple of drivers? We would prefer to all be together (y'know, to chew the fat and all die together in an horrific crash....kidding...sort of) so does anyone know of a driver with a van for our gang?
