Our flight over on Jan 10 was nothing short of ordinary. Surly staff and could not even get a drink of water for my four year old without two requests and then going back to the galley myself.
All drinks were served warm (warmer than the service though!) and they ran out of everything, very very pathetic.
Whole experience not helped by the two separate groups of drunken louts sharing the plane.
The bus ride was also foisted onto us, despite no other arrivals.
