It did come across that she may have just arrived without prearranging. I just wanted others to be sure they can not be just rocking up without going through the necessary guidelines put in place. I do understand that even with the best made plans these things do happen from time to time though. Glad she still was able to see her sponsor child regardless of the confusion. Once again sorry for the misunderstanding on my part.
