If you do a search there is lots of info about bali and babies on BTF. We stayed at the Dynasty when my son was 10 mths, it is very child friendly. Nappies, I suggest take enough from home for night times and use the Bali nappies for daytime use. I also took baby food over but you can buy it there and most restaurants would cook up anything if you requested it & they had it to cook.
I used Milton sterilising tablets in bathwater. I suggest taking a lightweight stroller over. You also need to think of Mossies, my ECN suggested using lavender oil and dabbing it on sons clothes, stroller and sheets and found it to be very effective.
Enjoy your holiday, I was lucky that both of my children would have their daytime sleeps on the sun lounges under an umbrella.
