You can get a taxi to "Gold Street", or Jalan Hassanudin, about 1/2 hour in taxi from Kuta, in Denpasar.
Many shops all together there.
There is also a small place on the corner of Jalan Raya Kuta, just 150 mtrs from Bemo corner.
Walk away from the beach (Easterly direction) at Bemo corner, and on the right hand side of the road at the main intersection, there is a small gold shop.
Also larger one next to Matahari in Kuta Sq., right on the acute corner.
