of flying from Melbourne to Darwin with Jetstar, then Airnorth to Bali, then home direct with Jetstar and the price was comparable to flying direct to Bali. We were going to have 3 nights in Darwin as we have never been there and to add something different to our holiday. Of course the accom costs in Darwin have to be added in and I didn't really go into that as we decided to do Darwin another time on its own. We just want to get to beautiful Bali ASAP
