I can recommend the BGH. 12 of us were there in March 2007, ages from 12 to 49 with majority around 20yr old. The deluxe rooms overlooking the garden are great, the breakfast is great and the new pool reno's look brilliant. It is very close to all shopping, restaurants & nightlife in Kuta, across the road from the Waterbom Park and a cheap taxi ride to Legian St. There was also a good mix of ages with the other patrons there, so I'm sure you would find others around your age group.
I haven't stayed or seen the other two hotels, so can only comment on BGH. All the best and have a great time
