I would suggest Bali Garden hotel, deluxe rooms with view to garden. The grounds are far superior to the other hotels you listed and are central to everywhere you need to go.
The ramayana is over populated with small pools, I looked over it and wasn't impressed Oct 2007.
I have stayed in Bali garden 2 years ago so Oct 2007 I went to see the new renovations in progress,was really impressed with the new pool areas,beach bar pool and resturant.
The beach bar is on the beach so you wouln't be affected by any noise at nighttime.
I remember looking over the kuta seaview about 4-5 years ago and didnt like the pool area. It could have changed so someone else may know what it is like more recently.
I'm sure you will be shocked at the changes, my husband went in Oct 2007 after 10years and couldn't believe all the changes.
