I'm on holidays, and rather than racing around to find a money changer and wasting fuel and fees to change money. I would prefer to have the CONVENIENCE of not paying in US$.

As you said, you have never paid in Aussie dollars, and you have your supply of US$..So lucky you!

If you didn't have your supply and changed money for every visa on arrival..the question I asked is..How much is the fee to change your money to US$ ?

I don't look at it as corruption - This is the service provided by this country when you enter...It's more of a convenience.

The bottom line is that we pay the equivalent of US$25.00. for V.O.A. And that is what I am paying (Aussie dollars to the value of US$25.00)....Simple.
