yes, we have always experienced clean room but I have read where someone was not so happy. I don't know if they were really fussy or just had a bad room cleaner!
The staff and managment are great so if you have a problem just ask and I'm sure it will be rectified.
Many of our firends and family have stayed at the Barong and without any problems.
