Hi i stayed there twice last year, the last being in November and i had a great time, and thought the staff got on very well with the owners, i also stayed there for 10 weeks, and got to know the staff and owners very well and i am still in contact with them and i think you will find they treat there staff very well. Its a shame you didnt have a nice time
