October? That's a life time away. I can't even begin to think how many sleeps that is. You have sent me into horrible thoughts about that length of time :o)
Flying Kamikaze AKA Garuda is the only regular flight, with OZJET going 3 times a week and Gantas (Yes, spelt with a 'G' for aren't I Great?) I think now also 3 times. Jetcross I believe is looking at the Bali route, but who knows?
SkyWest also fly a few times a week, but I think they have a Derby landing. I saw somewhere that Island Bound Holidays looks after both OZJET and Skyjest so maybe check them out.
To my knowledge the only other way is then the likes of Royal Brunei with a stop over in Brunei or Singapore with Singapore stop over.
