October is good. Humidity is bearable and weather lovely.Had rain & flooding initially but rest was brilliant. Its great to have the mix.
We went with our 2 girls in Oct 05. spent 3 days in ubud and then 10 in Legian. This worked well for us. Not too much moving around and packing from all the shopping at the end was easiest. the girls liked ubud but were glad we did it first. They enjoyed being able to shop whenever (all the time) and spending late afternoons at the beach at S & S watching the sunset, having tatoo's, buying watches etc.
