dealing with, it would not suprise me, if you have not paid for your trip yet you should only loose your deposit. I would check the with the airlines what the cancelation costs will be and check with the airline if the tickets have been ticketed and sent to the travel agent if not then confront the travel agent with the information you have gatherd. I too had the same problem and only lost out on the deposit. lets know how you go
