For those who don't know ESL means "English as a Second Language". English could be this persons second language? So in that case they have written very well. And really what a lot of carry on for a mere 3 mistakes. Yes I do like my food to be presented nice but this is not food we are talking about. Yes educaton does cost and the English language is great blah blah blah but we are mainly all adults on this forum and "most" of us really don't care with the odd wrong spelling here and there. For some people this might be their first time on a forum and then they get shot down in flames for the most trivial of things. As for "there have to be minimum acceptable standards for everything surely", in my opinion they should be, don't use bad language and be nice to one another.
