it is hot and humid but less chance of rain. I really prefer Feb/March. We stay in Legian for about 5 days and then go to Ubud for 10. Not everyone's cup of tea but we LOVE Ubud. We eat, relax, walk, shop, explore etc. I actually think shopping is better in Ubud than Kuta.
