Yes you can stay in the safari park,i had a look inside the villas when there a couple of weeks ago,(they were not yet open-but were just putting finishing touches to them).
The second storey villa i looked in was about $200 US a night-two bedrooms with ensuites,plasma tvs above the beds,beautifully finished,& verandas that are directly above the serengetti/africa section.A small river/moat separates you from rhino,wildebeast,zebra etc just roaming around below you-gold!
