I always wear a new pair of thongs to Bali and my friend always ask for them on my last day. Because I always give her a new pair I am not sure if they are for her or someone else.
I think the toiletries/body treatment idea is great. A couple of years ago a lady on the beach asked me is she could have the little shampoos etc from my hotel because she could not afford shampoo etc for herself and her girls. I travel a lot and always raid the motel bathrooms for their shampoo etc and take to the ladies on the beach.
