2 Genuine claims? With who? Most genuine claims with a reputable company are paid....why not?
One time I could'nt claim is when the excess on the gold insurance card was $200 and our bill was $180.
Never used gold again....use one that has no excess.

Another poster on here recently posted that her hubby is an insurance broker and said any by Alianz are good.
Pardon my terms here but I simply can't believe that you would take the chance of having to pay many many thousands of dollars needlessly when insurance is usually only around the $150 mark if that.
