My daughter now 23 gets her hair braided each year when we go to Bali. She loves it as she dosent have to worry about her hair while there. Her hair is reasonably long and she gets it done on the 1st or 2nd day and then again on the day before we come home and then leaves it in for a couple of weeks. She gets it done by Lisa on the beach out side the Ramada Bintang in Tuban. She does a great job.
However two other girls that came with us last year had there hair done and both were over it in a couple of days. I suppose it is what you like and can stand.
