We have just come back from Bali,what a wonderful hospital BIMC is.
Both of our kids were in hospital,the hospital staff and doctors were great.
The travel insurance company we used (travelinsurancedirect.com.au)Mondial insurance,were fantastic.
They called me everyday to see how the kids were and nothing was a problem,they paid the hospital,hotel and airline company directly as we were not allowed to fly home.
The customer service we got from this company was the best i have ever seen.
The hotel reception staff where we stayed could learn a lot from this company.
