i would suggest thst you check with the hotel. Some operate lunchtime as usual and others have a limited menu. Dinner is usually a buffet and at most hotels is early so that everything is finished before dark. If the restaurant cannot be seen from the street it may be open later. There will be few lights around the hotel grounds so a torch is handy.
