It is on JL Oberio road. There is a strip of restaurants (Trattoria, Rumours, Soho) the taxi driver should know where to take you if you tell him the street and a couple of the restaurants. Also, it is on the way to Ku Te Da.
Don't have the phone number as we gave alot of our pamplets and cards to people staying at the hotel, however i would suggest making a booking when you first arrive. I think it is only booked out 1 day in advance.
Ku Te Da was booked out 3 days in advance when we were up there. So this is one you would need to book in advance if you wanted to go.
