If you are looking for a beach setting it really comes down to what you are looking for.
If you want a more beach club kind of feel with music, a large bar, the option of snacks and then dinner, Ku De Ta will be a good choice
If you are after a more relaxed dining experience where the focus is more on the food rather than the venue and people then La Lucciola would be more of a go (get a table on the terrace at the front for sunset view).
If the food is very important and you are looking for silver service then Breeze's Restaurant at Samara Resort?, would be your best bet.
All of these options are located within a km of each other on the beach in Seminyak.
