and you may make it through customs but I would suggest unlikely if you need to declare anything - it took us nearly 2 hours just to get through customs on our last return. It is a pain getting from Perth Int terminal to domestic terminal - check out the perth airport website and check shuttle bus times.
As you are flying with Qantas the whole way they will put you on the next avail flight so I wouldn't be too concerned. Call and clarify if you are still worried.
