There were a lot of young ones in the kids club around 5 -6, so it depends on how confident your 4 year old is. They look after them really well, and make them feel welcome. The hotel also has a baby sitting service at 25000 per hour if you want to have a break. they can participate in the kids activities even if you are with them, or a babysitter is with them.
