are the ugliest shoe in the world but also very comfy and very practical - just don't wear them out of the house!! They are very light weight and do not smell and would be great for the beach or for public showers while you are travelling. The crocs thongs do look a little better than the traditional shoe.
I have a pair of traditional crocs for around the house and a pair of crocs thongs and I love them both. You can also buy copies very cheaply and there is not too much difference between them as far as appearance, except for the croc name.
