I just came back from 14 nights with my 14yo at the Jayakarta and cannot recommend it highly enough. There are 4 pools, 3 great restaurants, a day spa, several bars and it opens right onto the beach. Our room was great (ask for an upstairs room in the 300 block with an odd number. eg 347). With your tariff comes a buffett breakfast every morning which has loads of variety, also a complimentary drink for each guest. Complimentary umbrellas if it rains, friendly staff and beautiful gardens. Away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta but close enough to walk along the beach to get there if you want. Heaps of shops and restaurants close by too. Also a boom gate (at front) with tight security at both front and rear entry points.
