Ku De Ta reply to (stone in food)

This was a reply i received from 9 squares management in Melbourne who run Ku De Ta, pretty poor if you ask me and please don't be there one thousandth client for the day ,ps. we've been to Bali 9 times and have NEVER had stuff like this happen, how many plates does Mades warung in Kuta or Seminiak do in a day HEAPS, however an Apology from 9 Squares would have been good in an email ,but they chose the "well we are really busy" stance makes you wonder why people give them their money,we actually don't care if they do 50 thousand plates in a day it's OUR experience that counts anyway end of rant.
Their reply was,
Thanks for sending that through but when something like this happens in our restaurant, just as it can in any venue serving upwards of one thousand plates of food per day, we are the first to know about it and act accordingly to trace the source and then implement procedures to make certain that it may not happen again!
