stayed there on my first tip to Bali on 06 and didn't enjoy at all. Room we were in had ants everywhere and we couldn't get rid of them! we also didn't like how we had to climb up and down huge steps to get to our rooms and back to reception. Also, the spa on site is VERY expensive, would recommend other spas in Ubud rather then one at hotel as VERY over priced (espeacially for bali standards!)....
