Maybe you should take your own Music, Esky full of drinks, Beach umbrella and Bar-B-Que and really give everyone the sh*ts.
I think it is down right ignorance. If everyone took a floatation device there would be no room for swimmers.
Surely people can sunbake and read books around the pool.
Keep you floaties for your own pool!!!
