Hi. AP went belly under two days before we were due to depart. We then rebooked on Garuda.. got a good deal too. When we got back I contacted our bank and asked them to do a 'cashback' as our original booking with AP was paid on credit card and we never got the service that we paid for. They then recredited our card within a couple of days.
