Just got a quote from travel agent for 13nights at bgh for our family of 5 from Melb early Sept-$7300.00 but from today i can add another $300.00 fuel levy through Garuda.We have to have 2 rooms as 2 of the kids are over 12.Has anyone paid in full in advance, thinking of doing flights and accom separate.These prices were for superior but having stayed at the hotel in a family room in late 2005, may opt for deluxe.How do people pay in full if using this option or had any problems,
