hi all came back from bali in december 10th to be exact lodged a claim with covermore insurance for lost phone/stolen phone camera and doctors bill. first time ever had to claim on insurance guess what they are still one month later procrastinating on whether to pay or not. in the process of loosing the mobile in bali i also have had numerous calls to optus to cease the service which they have finally decided to cancel this again over one month back to no avail just love them . has anyone else got bad news stories of trying to claim they are quick to take your money but slow to pay out gotta find another insurance company when i go to bali next.
