My suggestion just search in the shop on the street .so you will know which one is the best. or come to Tourist information center there many in Kuta like : King Star in Kartika plaza street just be side bubba gum restaurant.They are tourist information center and handle for all activities in Bali .Like tour,water rating ,fishing ,water sport,diving,horse riding and etc.
So just tell them Hilton form Aus recommand.
