It really depends on where you have it, I am 45 and had my first done at 42 on my ankle and that was a bit owie, my second one was on my shoulder and that was not to bad at all. Then I got my last on the top of my foot and that really hurt a lot. I think everyone has a different tolerance level to pain as well.
