in august 07, just had queen bed and 2 singles, room was on ground floor that opened to grass area with porch that had seats and table, was ok but we were staying in The Patra deluxe suite with our 2 kids so to see this family room - we were not fussed with thier room, not very big, beds are close to each other, but still well presented etc. depends on what you want from your room??? if you want privacy or 2 watch movies etc once kids are in bed, not the room for that then...its only a room but for us we come back to room in arvo for couple of hours to rest, snack, watch movies (get out of heat as kids get tired 4 & 6), so kids would watch own tv cartoons etc and we would put on dvd in our room with a snack and drink duty free! hope this helps??? cheers
