Not in Kuta, but not far away. I got my first ever tattoo last week at Buddy Marley, Jalan Padma Utara Gang Wisata Legian (the lane next to all All Seasons Resort). Thoroughly recommend him, quick, clean and its all healed beautifully. It was so easy I'm planning to get another next trip.
