a portable loo seat on stand that may cover over the hole in the ground, it may or may not be suitable to your disability. These can be purchased in most camping shops.
Another alternative is to get in touch with smudgeuk as he may have a contact who may know of someone that you could hire the portable stand off whilst in Bali. He assisted us when we hired a wheelchair off him.
You could also check the Guardian chemists in Bali as they may sell them also...maybe leave behind for an old persons home/orphanage or someone else in need.
