As mentioned, I have experienced loud talking from other clients tooo often at the Melasti Spa to want to return.
Why can't people shut up , I don't want to hear about cancer operations and cheap dinners and I doubt the masseuse does either. :) :)
There is a great massage/spa above the Swawasdee Thai Restaurant in Rum Jungle Rd. Bookings essential, but it is very very good.
Otherwise grab a taxi and go to Cozy, it's one of the best places for great massage and the Foot Fetish is bliss.
