prices at Adhi Dharma

Hi yes it's me again. Thanks to everyone for great response, sometimes it is difficult to know which hotel to stay at and I really appreciate the help I get here. I have received replies today from both the Barong and the Adhi Dharma. I am leaning more towards the Adhi Dharma. The prices they have given me are for a Superior Double $42USD and for a Superior Twin $40 USD. Are these good for this hotel? of course b/fast is included. With the party atmosphere at the Barong I am a little concerned about 16 year old daughter but I know my 18 year old son would love it. Are there mixed age groups at the Adhi Dharma. Once again thanks for help
