pearls from "lombok". They're really large, 'black-ish', and get so many comments you wouldn't believe it.I got them for about 70,000 a few years back on the beach near the Pantai restaurant. They were on cotton string, which lasted well for a few years, but I've just had them restrung on that wire that everyone's using now.
I'm very happy with them, but I agree, many looked very 'fishy', pardon the pun...
