the price of food varied of the restaurant we went to at Sofitel.
The restaurant outside near the pool looking at beach was quite expensive by Bali standards, but from a restaurant, it was nice. I believe it may have been under $70 AUS for 3 people main meal + wine.
The drinks by the pool are quite cheap, cocktails/mix spirits may have been under $10 AUS.
I Believe there is another restaurant upstairs, above reception but that was not open when we went. About 50 metres outside the hotel there was a nice restaurant we went to a few times that was cheap as but quality was fine. if you walk out of the restaurant and turn left (turn right you go to the beach) and walk up the path a little, near the book shop there is a good place to eat.
