Mandira is probably the pick as far as 'price - facilities value ratio" equation in the group, in my personal opinion.
If you did not want to pay as much and want a more contemporary feel - The Lokha, Casa Padma in JL Padma - short stroll to beach are other good options.
Also check out Hidden Garden Villa, Melati Apartments could also be some options.
