They sell everything all grocery lines, fresh produce and items from all corners of the globe, manchester, souveniers, clothing and Alcohol and other stuff upstairs ( which i havent ventured up to ).
One stop shop.
Its a hike in the heat from MBR take a taxi get you supplies then taxi it home. It really only costs a few $$.
